Ruby Country camping is an eco-campsite in the heart of West Devon, encouraging a connection to the outdoors to be at the heart of your experience. We love nature and are always finding ways to improve and develop our little piece of the world.

Our 5 acre meadow is lined with trees and a brook that gurgles along the southern boundary. Most of the meadow is left to nature, and we offer 7 spacious camping pitches, two ‘cosy camping’ pitches, and one bell tent available for rent so you’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Our goal is for you to reconnect with nature and the outdoors in a sustainable and enjoyable way.

There’s so much to do here. From 90 miles of bicycle trails such as the Tarka Trail right on our doorstep, to countryside walks and hikes across the famous tors of Dartmoor (a 20 minute drive) and the beautiful beaches of Bude in North Cornwall are a half-hour trip away. Likewise the meadow itself it a spacious, relaxing environment to enjoy.
