We are your hosts, Marc & Dinah

We are a (relatively) middle aged, motorbike riding, camping loving, Christian couple who decided in 2019 to sell our town house in Exeter, and move out to Hatherleigh in West Devon to start our dream of running an eco-focused, natural campsite.

Dinah has been a green-fingered Gardener for most of her life, and is passionate about plants, trees, birds and the outdoors.

Marc is a Open-hearted, practical man who has dreamed of owning his own land for a long time.

Our Christian faith has been a great help to us, especially during the difficult times dealing with planning, finances and building the campsite. As of the 1st of June 2021, our dream came true.

Having stayed at many campsites over the years, together we have created a natural campsite the way we would like a campsite to be, with plenty of space. It’s still a work in progress and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.
